I received the big magic within five days of ordering. To set up Big magic for use is simple and quick thanks to the easy-to-follow instructions manual. My 87-year-old mother with severe low back pain was largely relieved after sleeping on it for 5 hours every day for two weeks. The operation of the big magic is silent, so it does not interfere with sleeping. Occasionally I slept on it overnight and I felt energetic again when I woke up in the morning.
