I (28M) started this at 183lbs. By the end of the cycle I weighed 165lbs. Disclaimer, I used to be quite athletic in high school, so I also knew the basics about weight loss and muscle growth leading in to this. So my diet and exercise was very well balanced during this cycle. So it's fair to say I was putting the hard work in, and this stuff helped me get over that edge. I've been off it for about a month and have only put maybe 2lbs back on.
