Poor communication and it took over 6 weeks for the order to arrive. Being a .co.nz website, I inadvertently assumed the product was coming from a NZ source, when in reality, it was from offshore. It would be great if the website made it clear the product comes from offshore and an estimated time for delivery.

Took more than two months to arrive, was not informed it was on back order, website stated in stock and 5-10 days shipping, unlikely to shop here again sorry

The first one didn't work. I organised a replacement, which was going to be shipped that day. It wasn't actually shipped until much later - meaning it did not arrive in time to be given as a leaving gift to one of my staff. I also specifically asked for the watch not to be packed in such a ridiculously large package, but it as. Meaning it didn't fit in my P O Box. Meaning the delivery was delayed a further 2 days. So no, not impressed at all, sorry.

Was disappointed with stethoscope as the colour that was shown on line does not match what I received. It turned out to be a fluorescent pink which I wouldn’t have chosen.
