I used it for a month. Seeing clear changes after just a week using it. Only downside is they say it’s a month’s worth however it finishes after about 2.5/ 3 weeks of taking 2 tables daily which is quite sad because a months worth would last you up until your next order is delivered. But will continue using it without a doubt!!
