I ordered to added length more than anything, feel a bit more glamorous. I ordered the wrong colour to start with (red hair seems difficult to match) but I ordered a couple of swatches and found that Primrose #30 is perfect for me. I contacted customer service and they were great, easy return and exchange. No problem. Ordered more since, and also a scrunchie which is great for hair up days. Overall very happy 😊
