Received my product and very pleased with my product, my own fault but have the wrong shade for myself

Came very quickly!!

When I received my extension I loved the texture and feel and soft waves but the colour didn’t quite match my own ( I did not realise at that point you could ask a member of the stranded team to colour match your hair by sending a photo) I emailed Katie and she responded very quickly explaining how to return the item free of charge ( a v easy process) and matched my hair so that I could reorder the correct shade. Less than a week later the replacement was with me and is perfect! Thankyou so much I’m really happy with both the product and the service.
