The customer support was fantastic & fast. I had big issues with delivery & Katie really helped. The hair is fantastic, as always. However, I don't think I could handle the stressful days of delivery saga when using DPD again, sadly. I'd suggest Stranded use a more reliable service (Hermes?) - Thanks again :)
