I've had a good first experience with the products, and the customer care team here is top-notch too. My first order got lost by USPS, so I reached out to Colorado Botanicals to see what was going on. I received a response within an hour, and the rep who emailed me said that she was getting a replacement order shipped out with expedited shipping that day. The best customer care I've ever received! And my dog loves his CBD too (no more anxious doggo). You guys rock!
