I bought a Zoey Cpap cleaner for my Airsense 11 machine. Both the clerk I bought the machine from and the instructions for the Zoey said that I needed an adapter because I have a heated hose. I bought an $11 adapter with no instructions on where to put it on the machine. I contacted support services by email to get help. I received a response several days later with an answer that the adapter does not fit my machine. I think that the company should keep up with the changing industry. The word has been out for quite a while on the new Airsense 11.
