Well, what can I say, the service and shipping went great. The quality of the product is bad. It breaks down so your customers have to replact it every three months. That is reprehensible. You need to fix the quality of the bag to last long. Check NASA, Im sure they make something that lasts longer! Fix it!!!!

I contacted Customer Service because I had a question. The customer service man said the Sleep8 was cheaper and a better cleaner than the one I'd chosen. It said in the description that it was going to take several days to process the order, and then several days to deliver, but it was here in three days!
