When I made the decision to purchase a CPAP sanitizer, I began to research machines on the market. I called my CPAP manufacturer first to learn which sanitizing machines would not void out the warranty on my RESMED 11 unit. I selected the LiViliti Paptizer UV CPAP Sanitizer but had some questions. I callled their customer service number and left a detailed message. They returned my call nearly immediately. Turns out it was Michael Perkins the owner of the company. He was patient and very helpful. Thank you, Michael :) I received my machine very quickly. Reviewed well organized, easy to understand videos online about the proper use and care of the machine. While the machine has been in my possession for just over a week, I am VERY pleased indeed. I will be happy to enter updated reviews when the opportunity presents.
