Once I reached out, I was given help by Steven to rectify the situation; once all efforts were exhausted I was instructed to return the device for either repair or replacement. When I started using my Kiierr laser cap 3 years ago, I wasn't sure what to expect but now - I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions I've made for myself.
