The customer service provided by Kierr is exceptional. When I reached out for technical support with my hair cap, the customer service representative responded right away by email and with a phone call. The representative not only identified an immediate solution, but did so with thoughtfulness, care and consideration.

I initially purchased a LED cap from another vender. Although it seemed to slow my hair loss it was not until I purchased my Kiierr Laser cap that I actually started to notice some hair regrowth. Would absolutely encourage others to try the Kiierr Laser Cap, the earlier in your hair loss journey the better.

I’m a 67 year old male in excellent health and I started using my Kiierr cap almost 4 years ago. After the first 6 months or so, I noticed that there was less hair caught by my shower drain strainer than in the past. This has continued to this day. Over time, my temples and the thinning hair on my crown have filled in somewhat. As a result, I don’t wear a cap nearly as often as I used to which is kind of liberating. The purchase of the Kiierr cap was a very worthwhile investment for me.

Since I’ve been taking the hat I haven’t noticed any hair loss and my hairline appears to be maintaining. I have been using it for 3. 5 years and seems to be working great. The customer service also has been exceptional.
