I have been using Kiierr hat for about a year. I must say that Kiierr's after sales support is excellent. There was some technical issue with the hat. Support department called me and checked the hat over the video chat. They sent the replacement right away. After using it for a while I think my hair looks healthier now.

I purchased my Kiierr laser helmet sometime in 2021.   I only used it occasionally for the first few years and didn't get much from it which was my own fault.   About a year ago my hair was looking terrible so I decided to buckle down and use it consistently for 20 minutes at a time, 5 days per week.   After 6 months I noticed a considerable difference both with new hair growth and strengthening my existing hair.
