I have used the 272 for several years and was happy with the it. I wanted to upgrade to the newer product so I ordered the 312. I had some problems with it and Kiierr helped me to troubleshoot the entire process. It turned out the cap was defective. I returned it and received a replacement immediately. Throughout this process Kierr was timely and very responsive to my situation. I am now looking forward to using my 312 and seeing improved results in a few weeks.

I highly recommend the Kiierr Laser Cap. I first started using it in 2020 when I noticed a receding hair line and some increased overall hair loss. It does require patience and consistency, after a few months I began to see a reduction in hair loss, followed by regrowth in the front. Over time, the results continued to improve, I am a strong believer in this product, I have been using it now for over 5 years and plan to continue it long term.

My dr told me to buy an LLLT cap so I told her I had one sitting in the closet, which I'd forgotten about. lol. I pulled it out and started using it again to promote new hair growth. You can see in my pics from Sept, 2025 to now, April, 2026 that the hair is growing . When I blow my hair dry, I see alllll of the various lengths of new hair all over my head. I can hardly wait for it all to grow out long enough to cut to the same length.
