I really enjoy my products. Shipping was a bit hectic and took longer than usual, but I did order around Lunar New Year. When customer service did get back to me they were very polite and apologetic.

I was fascinated, it cleans very well, leaves my hair more manageable, it doesn't break and it improves with each wash. I need another kit.
