I’m not sure if there should have been a protective cover or not but the Acid Gold mask was spilling out from under the lid. Didn’t give a great first impression of that product but as I’ve used BYBI products before I felt confident enough to try it. Felt nice on my skin. I’m not yet to tried the moisturiser.

I only received 3 out of 4 of my products, and have written to customer services 3 times and received no response. Would not use Bybi again, as at this point I feel ripped off. Please reply to my customer service emails.
