Never received my order and get no replies from customer service.

I ordered the brow dye. Having always dyed my own until recently. Completely useless and washed out the next day Dont buy it. A total rip-off. Go to the salon and get it done.

Customer service never sent me the ingredients list or Brow Build, as had been discussed with the UK Ops Manager (?)…what started well was let down by lack of follow through.
