Delivery was quite slow, took over a week to be delivered, I did reach out to customer service for some advice on using the product and someone got back to me really quickly, so from that point of view customer service was really good, I would order from the company again.

Arrived relatively promptly

This storage tin is a bit annoying for a few reasons - Firstly, the section to mix the dye is very small and it is much more difficult to mix the dye in. Secondly, it's very hard to get things out of the white plastic holding it in place. You have to remove the plastic holder and then pop the dye/developer out from the other side. Also it comes with less applicator tools than the original product. The dye itself is great but the tin is a waste of money.
