Immediately after placing the order. I realized that I had not included my niece’s address and sent an email to the contact us email ID (no other contact method was provided). 3 days later I had a response saying they were sorry that hadn’t seen my email because it went to their spam. I was pretty surprised and disappointed that an email sent to the “contact us for help with your order” (I have a regular gmail ID) is sent to spam. And, of course it was too late to correct my order. In addition, there were no gift options to send and order as a gift. The shipping was quick, so there was enough time for me to use UPS to ship the gift to my niece in time for her birthday - so that was good, but I had to pay for shipping again - so that was bad. Also, my niece loved her present- so that was great! And, I admit that it was my mistake in the first place.
