To be completely honest, I couldn't even tell you how this thing works. BUT IT DOES. I have tried all sorts of allergy pills, sinus relief sprays, nasal decongestants, but nothing has worked like this has. If you start off being consistent, using it three/four times a day, there will be days you won't even need it. Definitely worth the buy!
