I love all of it

I decided to take the time to review because of how helpful the customer service has been. I’ve made mistakes with my orders several times and customer service always made it right and refunded me even when it was my mistake. This is the kind of company i want to support and the only place i get my razors now.

This month, my Billie order that should have come didn't. So. . . I sent an email. They responded very quickly and let me know that they would send another order and that if the first one did come, I could keep it. Billie has the best customer service!
