I like Billie, sometimes it was difficult to get on site. Too many things came too quickly. I liked the products very much. Just can’t afford these now. I think the shipping method Billie uses is terrible. My package has been lost and never received several times. And the fact that you can’t track it is crazy. However, I appreciate your customer service and sending a replacement each time. Somehow I always manage to get the replacement package. I wish you would use a different shipping company.
