I think the shipping method Billie uses is terrible. My package has been lost and never received several times. And the fact that you can’t track it is crazy. However, I appreciate your customer service and sending a replacement each time. Somehow I always manage to get the replacement package. I wish you would use a different shipping company.

Having razor blades delivered at a reasonable price is great. When the blade gets wet in the shower, it gets gooey.

I blade will last through a dozen shaves if you don’t let hair get too long. My legs are very hairy with coarse hair so I need to shave regularly. Outlasts the expensive blades. Can also shave without any shaving gel or soap, without razor burn.

Billie's customer service and responsiveness are great. They don't make you jumps through endless hoops to help you! How nice. Plus, they have great products.
