I have loved Billie’s product, but I’m aging out of having to shave very often. I have about 20 to 30 cartridges in a pile in my guest bathroom closet, and I think they’ll last me the rest of my life. I see myself having to come back to get a handle or a base for my shower walls, but have no need for a subscription. Thanks for your great service over the years!

My delivery did not arrive by the date expected. After waiting several days for it to arrive, I contacted Billie. I received a new expedited shipment and am very pleased with their customer service.
