Excited for the great holiday pricing I placed my order. Delivery was indicated however my mail center never received the package. I was so disappointed and thought i would miss out on the savings. Thanks to Karlie who saved the day by quickly responding to ny email, hanging with me through days of emails and reissue of my order! And all with kindness and understanding.
