I had a great deal of trouble being able to print a label. Trouble on my end. Karlie was so patient and helpful. I was finally able to complete the “transaction” thanks to her. Love CR products but sometimes the ordering process befuddles me. I am never certain my “input” is where it should be to complete the process. Hence, the need for the return!
