Compared to my original case, this one is slimmer so it makes it lie more flat improving the hinge and also makes it easier to pack for travel.

I find it to be very comfortable and my wife says it stops 90% of my snoring. I sleep well with it. My dentist wanted to see it and she approves of it. I liked my first one so well that this is my second one. I would highly recommend it to others.

I was super skeptical but I am convinced now. I lie, it took me 5-8 days to get acclimated to sleeping with a mouthpiece. A little sore jaw and my gums were a little sensitive but I didn’t snore. My partner was elated to also be sleeping. I didn’t realize how exhausted I was… I thought it was normal to not get restful sleep. Now I’m sleeping a solid 6-8 hours. Almost perfect. I want to start with how much this has reduced and mostly eliminated my snoring. It definitely stopped my husband from waking up so much and leaving the room, and I sleep through the night now, I don't even get up to use the restroom, where before I did like 3 times a night. YES its a bit uncomfortable at first, BUT you get used to it. I have a large overbite so this is my experience. I also grind my jaw, this has helped with that as well. I already have 2 friends purchased this when they saw my Snore Lab results. You gotta get the app. Either way, I can't sleep without it my rest is undisturbed and deeper. I am already subscribed for a new one every 6 months.

Tried other methods of relief similar to the ZQuiet with limited success. The ZQuiet fits comfortably with less restriction and I use it in conjunction with the ZQuiet Breathe Nasal Breathing Aid for an effective “one-two” approach. So far, it appears to finally be a solution to our problem!
