My snoring was keeping my husband from getting a good nights rest. On the very first night, he said couldn’t hear a peep out of me!! Your teeth do feel a little sore for the first week or so buts it’s totally tolerable. You need to make sure it’s placed correctly because the one night in did put it on incorrectly, he did hear some snoring but still no where need as loud as I usually snored.

Simple to use, no boiling, just pop in and sleep! Excellent quality and comfortable. The two sizes make it easy to find one that works best.

For me, this product works incredibly well. Took me several nights to get use to but from the first night it stopping my snoring…even if I’m sleeping on my back. My wife is so thankful that I’m using this. I can highly recommend this product

I have worn various ear plugs for years as my husband and dog snore. I had so many problems with ear pain from the foam plugs and they didn't block enough noise. I tried very expensive noise cancelling plugs and returned them after one night. I tried the ZQuiet plugs and they are amazing!!! I've been wearing them now for about 3 months and they are heaven!!!! They are really comfortable, cancel the noise really well. I recommend them highly!!!

Love it … it took a couple nights to get comfortable but it works, no more snoring.
