I have tried many other mandibular advancement devices, mostly the uncomfortable moldable type. Even the low profile ones are hard to adjust to. The difference with ZQuiet is that the most discomfort is slightly sore gums at first, all while still moving the lower jaw forward. The hinge is a bonus too, and I can fall asleep while barely noticing the device in my mouth.

I just wanted to say thank you for the great service and product over the past couple of years. It has made a vast improvement in my life.

My wife had one of these before and it works great (the old one got chewed up by our puppy)! Much better sleep for both of us 🤗
