Spooky 2 customer service has been the absolute best, ups lost my scaler kit then jerked me around so i called spooky and they looked into it and put in a claim and and resent me a new one right away. It can be a bit intimidating when you first start figuring out how to run everything so i emailed them with questions and they got back to me quickly walking me through the process, shipping took 6 days from china to canada. I would highly recommend their products and service
