I have been on this cleanse for about 14 days. I can already see the effects of it. The process that your body goes through to cleanse itself of birth control hormones and get ready for pregnancy has ALREADY begun to happen! (I won't go into details, but you can google it online and figure out yourself ;)) AND it does more than what it represents to do. I am anemic and constantly cold, this product has helped my anemia! I have yet to have a period while on it but I am sure it will be just as helpful with PMS!! Highly recommended!

I have switched over from pre to postnatal vitamins and feel that they are working well! I haven't had any huge dips in emotions and my milk supply seems steady. Can't complain. I believe the vitamins are helping my body to stay as consistent as possible during postpartum.
