I started taking Premama Brith Control Cleanse on Sunday, and got my period the following Sunday! I am beyond grateful I got my period, however, symptoms from the cleanse were no joke. From the day I started it until day 9 I had a headache. Every, single, day. I was also very nauseous days 5-7. I'm sure it was from my hormones being regulated. Anyway, very pleased with the product! I just hope I can conceive and if not this month I continue to get my period in the months ahead.
