I had an issue with an original capsule wheee the lid imploded. Not a common problem so, I sent an email to Customer Service and they were so quick and happy to help and replaced the capsule. Friendly and prompt response and service! I cannot say enough great things about the Customer Experience after the sale! I’ll always recommend Cadence to anyone looking for a great travel solution!
