I love my capsules! Shipping is very quick during non peak season! I did have one capsule missing/ missed during my shipment and I had a really hard time getting in touch with customer service which was very frustrating. Finally after 2 weeks someone was able to help and offer to replace my entire order which I didn’t need. I just wanted them to sent me the rest of my order. I understand this being a smaller company things get missed but I really do hope this gets resolved in the future because Cadence is an amazing company and I can’t recommend their capsules enough. I know so many hands can only do so much!
