I'm generaly not convinced with that type of product, but here I really recommend it. My hair and nails are growing a lot faster, I don't think the quality of my hair is better yet as it has been 1.5 months but I really see a difference in the lenght. Ideal when you have really long hair already but you want to maintain healthy ends by cutting often the splits !
