DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS!! I purchased a train case for my gf but she did not like the design so we decided to return item mind you she never used it. So we returned it (also had to pay for shipping) which was 25% of item on top of their 25% “restock fee”. The item was delivered to them on may 26th and when I finally was able to reach them now June 3 they state it was used and also has a dent on case. Good thing I made a walk around video of product before I packaged it which showed no damage but they still say they can not refund, so requested at the very least to send back item and now they can’t even do that. Customer service representative Joy was terrible on getting back to me and seemed like he was ignoring me I had to email her many times until giving me the runaround. I think they may have created the damage to not refund me tbh. . What a waste of time and money beware!!

They keep asking for reviews and my chair is MIA

It did not arrive

I was charged then told item no longer in stock. I requested refund and so far Nothing. Perhaps this company is a SCAM?
