Aria Chairs

Sales person was very responsive and seemed to be genuine with his answers to questions. Requested a quote with white glove delivery. Never received it. Ordered without white glove. The company that delivered the chairs was completely unorganized. The person didn't even work for the actual company he was extremely pushy and did not want to allow us to try the chairs before we signed off on the drop ticket. He ended up leaving without us signing that we had received the product.

I ordered nail files that stated they were 6”, they came and they are 4. 5”. I sent an email regarding this issue wanting to return them. Haven’t heard anything resolving the issue except asking if they are opened or not. I’m out $100+ until y’all resolve this.

Two unopened, unused items. Return requested the day of delivery. Rude customer service. $700 spent will cost over $400 to return due to their policy and shipping costs. Thanks for supporting small businesses
