Has the formulation changed? The last two products I have recieved have not been to the usual standard and the smell has changed

Honestly, I’ve been kind of annoyed since you got rid of lime face cleanser but the sandalwood is ok. I don’t think it’s as effective for my skin but can’t stand the smell of the tricleanser. I only buy through the site as it’s the only place that stocks sandalwood but if I could get it elsewhere I would. The packing/ delivery takes so long- you really have to plan ahead,
