First purchase was a defective product but customer service was amazing in responding quickly to my problem and they sent me a new one and it works perfectly.

I had purchased a PMD Clean Pro OB back in December of ‘22 from Sephora as these products had received high ratings from other users. Unfortunately, while washing my face last month, the neck holding up the scrub part of the machine broke. I reached out to PMD customer service hoping that I could possibly get some help with this. The rep that I worked with was amazing and went above and beyond for me. I sent them everything they requested in order to see if there was anything they could do for me and I was worried they couldn’t since I had purchased it from Sephora. When I got a response, they had told me they were sending me a new one free of charge. It arrived a couple days later and I was able to resume washing my face with my favorite tool. PMD customer service, you are all amazing and I’m truly grateful to you for the kindness you showed me. I will always be a PMD customer now, and will make sure my friends and family become ones as well!
