Helps me sleep

Like the flavor. Should have gotten the stronger dosage. Would like better explanations on direction usage.

The chews taste amazing and work well! They are a lower dose, and I definitely felt the soothing/calming effects within an hour. The drops are in a higher dose, so make sure to use only a little at first and work up (if needed). I experienced painful stomach ache/bowel movements most likely because I had too high of a dose at first. This product is great though. I love that they are bundled together, which helps save money and give you the opportunity to try both great products!
