MyChelle’s mobile site is pretty good. I’ve never had problems with content not fitting correctly on the screen. It would be nice if it didn’t take as many steps to change product categories.

First impression implies a bright fresh clean look with the color scheme. The lower portion of the title with the words is blurry and appears that the words were softened along with the image rather than being superimposed onto the image. Too many certificate badges on the first screen looks like you are trying too hard. The side scrolling is not very responsive. Recommend the skin quiz be placed under the main headline image.

I like this company and the customer service seems really good, but the products are underwhelming for the price.

Sunscreen does not have the same texture and seems less skin protecting. Gentle cleanser is discontinued and the fruit enzyme cleanser is too harsh for my face. A little disappoint for the cost of the products

I like the idea of a mental sunscreen. This is not irritating, but it is not moisturizing enough for my skin. It also leaves a faint white cast. I have to mix with color and other moisturizer
