PediFix Medical Footcare

I submitted a long and glowing review, but I’m not sure where it went! In any event, while I think Pedifix orthotics I purchased are great, the descriptions could be better. And clearly, my experience with Lisa Norcia, customer service representative, was superb. Basically, I was entitled to a discount but I did not apply for it correctly. I sent a note to Customer Service, and over several emails initiated by Lisa, I received my discount. I was actually not too concerned about it, but I was extremely impressed by the customer service I received. . . I will definitely buy my orthotics from Pedifix in the future.
