I am a new customer after seeing the social media craze about skin cycling. I took advantage of the sale during Black Friday and unfortunately the shipping got held up longer than expected. I emailed the company and was pleasantly surprised to see the prompt response and apology for shipping taking longer than normal. I am a proud customer and appreciate the customer service I’ve received so far.

Shipping was good. 1st order took a little bit longer but second order came quicker which was nice. 1 comment about packaging - would love if bottles were lighter. The glass bottles for both products although they look nice are kinda heavy and a little annoying. I still love the products and will continue to purchase but would be nice if bottle wasn’t as heavy. Thanks
