A really good experience with great service in replacing a faulty product.

Good service and fast delivery

The ordering process was super easy and I was kept up to date at all times. A representative called and spoke to me and was very helpful. Explaining how to apply the product and she followed up with an explanatory email. Everything arrived on time and was very well packaged. Unfortunately, after reading the email, looking at online videos etc, I find that this product doesn’t work for me personally. I have tried applying various amounts, and carefully blending it in, but it makes no difference to my appearance.
