I used this product to get rid of jowels. I only used half the amount each time as the rest of my face is not too bad and wanted to see the effects on that part of my face first. Used it three times the first week and there is a noticeable reduction in the depth of the saggy skin there. I will use once a week from now on just in the place I need it most.

Received within a week with a follow-up call from the sales rep to make sure I had received and was happy with the order.
