QNL delivery is very fast. Products shipped in glass bottles are very well protected against potential damage by being individually wrapped in recycled paper. Additional recycled paper is used to cushion glass products shipped a box. Most supplements come in the violite plastic bottles which are very durable and don't require additional protection. I have never had a problem with delivery timeliness or quality over my many years of being a QNL customer. Customer service is always great if you have a question about the products or wish to order over the phone. The product descriptions on the website are very informative. Ordering online is very easy.
