I have been using the collagen - glow - sleep trio for around 3weeks and have noticed a dramatic change in my gut. I am gluten and dairy intolerant and always felt tired, bloated and in pain. My first week using the trio, it did bring out some acne on my face I haven't had in years, however felt this was the trio doing its just and cleansing my gut. 3 weeks in I am full of energy, skin is brighter and firmer and I am so over the moon happy that my gut has had no pain or bloating.
