It was a Christmas present and they absolutely loved it.

This stuff is like fairy dust for your insides. Sounds ridiculous, but I feel so much better, and sparklier, when I take this daily. I can see the difference too - my skin is clear and even, my eyes are brighter, and my nails don't break. I honestly thought it wouldn't do much, but I am quite glad to be proven wrong!
