Shipping was longer than anticipated however it was holiday season. I am not pleased with the subscription process. I have been a customer for a few years now and if I skip products I will lose my pricing. Feels punitive to those who have been loyal and referred many others to your prophet would not have otherwise been customers. I do love the products just not the process.

I had problems with ordering on your website. I ordered one hydrating cleanser but received three. I contacted Customer Care but haven’t heard back.

So far my experience has not been a pleasant one. I’ve been trying to get a hold of a Customer Service rep and I either leave messages and I don’t get a return call or they just don’t understand what my question is by chatting. I would like to talk to a live person if you could provide me with a number thank
